The subject of the procurement procedure is the selection of suppliers and the conclusion of a framework agreement with up to three suppliers whose offer meets all the requirements described in the procurement documentation and is placed in the first three places according to the order of bid evaluation the binding model of which is Annex No 2 of this procurement documentation hereinafter referred to as the binding model of the framework agreement or framework agreement nPublic contracts based on the framework agreement will be awarded without renewing the competition and to the supplier who is placed first in this procurement procedure according to the order of evaluation of bids Other suppliers with whom a framework agreement will be concluded will then be awarded public contracts according to the rules set out in the framework agreement on the principle of a cascade nThe subject of the public contract is the implementation of an interactive polytechnic exhibition service for kindergarten and primary school pupils which forms Appendix No 2 of this procurement documentation nThe program represents a total of up to 395 individual events groups of children lasting at least 120 minutes for kindergarten and primary school pupils from the entire territory of the capital city of Prague The expected attendance at one event is min 1 class given in kindergarten primary school min the number of participants in one event is 10 pupils nThe contracting authority will ask for individual sub-parts of the performance on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of the framework agreement according to its current needs given in particular by the interest of the individual schools involved At least 10 calendar days in advance the contracting authority will contact the first supplier in the order through a call order to implement the exhibition for the appropriate number of groups of students from Prague schools The first supplier in the order is obliged to send his confirmation by e-mail sent to the prescribed e-mail address no later than 48 hours after receiving the invitation order to implement the exhibition If he does not do so or refuses to implement the contracting authority will contact the second supplier in order If the implementation of the service is not agreed even with this supplier the third supplier will be approached in order nThe contract is announced as part of the iDZ Praha project registration number CZ 02 02 XX 00 23_018 0015142 nThe contracting authority declares its interest in entering into a framework agreement on the implementation of performance with up to three suppliers whose bids meet the requirements prescribed by this procurement documentation and are in accordance with this tender documentation evaluated as the most advantageous nPerformance of the subject of the public contract includes all costs incurred by the supplier for the provision of a comprehensive service nThe specific requirements of the contracting authority for technical or other parameters of the requested performance are detailed in Appendix No 2 of this tender documentation nIf the tender documentation contains references to certain suppliers or products or to patents for inventions utility models industrial designs trademarks or designations of origin this is done in the interest of accuracy and comprehensibility of the terms of reference In the case of using these links the contracting authority in accordance with 89 paragraph 6 of the ZZVZ allows an equivalent solution that meets the client s requirement especially with regard to the performance and function of such an alternative n 80310000-0 Youth education Hlavn m sto Praha 80310000-0 Youth education Youth education The estimated time for the implementation of the public contract is 30 months from the start of the implementation of the subject of the public contract The latest completion date is 6 30 2028 nThe place of fulfillment is the capital city of Prague n
