Users of the Library of the National School of Information and Library Sciences (ENSSIB) are:• Librarians, conservatives, master's students, information professionals in initial training at school;• teachers and researchers in information sciences, internal or external to school,• Information professionals stationed;• Library professionals in continuing education at the school or who prepare internal or external competitions for access to library professions;• The conservatives of territorial libraries in Inet training (remote users).The expected service includes all the stages of the subscription life cycle (order and its payment, effective commissioning of the subscription, invoicing, complaint and renewal) as well as the provision of information relating to subscriptions and management of the ENSSIB portfolio.The holder undertakes:• Provide periodicals on paper and/or electronic media to which is subscribed or wishes to subscribe to ENSSIB;• Do the necessary procedures to provide isolated numbers that are not part of the library and antiquarial numbers ongoing;• Ensure the continuity of existing subscriptions;• Ensure the rapid commissioning of subscriptions or reabliers by the transmission of orders to publishers;• Ensure the termination of the subscriptions that the ENSSIB does not wish to renew;• Ensure orders and monitoring of deliveries;• Ensure the payment of publishers and the consolidation of invoices sent by the publishers;• Align the subscription deadlines on the agreed date, subject to the acceptance of publishers when ENSSIB requests it;• Ensure the role of unique intermediary between ENSSIB and publishers, in particular by monitoring subscriptions and complaints management with publishers;• Ensure real reactivity in the relationships he has with ENSSIB, notably designating a single interlocutor, responsible for these relationships.
