The Ministry of Education, Science of Georgia (“the Employer”) invites electronically sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Construction of Hub Telavi Vocational School, Located at 1a Kartuli University Street, City Telavi, Municipality Telavi, Georgia (“the Works”). 3. Open competitive bidding (national advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-stage: one-envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document. 4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding: • Pending Litigation: All pending litigation and arbitration, if any, shall be treated as resolved against the Bidder and so shall in total not represent more than fifty (50) percent of the Bidder’s net worth calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities.
