Further, interested Bidders should note that the supplier may be required to provide the following: a. After-sales services for the scanner equipment and the vehicle such as: warranty, preventive and corrective maintenance, supply and delivery of spare parts in case they are necessary or required. b. On-site technical support and on the handling of the offered equipment (scanner + vehicle). c. Should be authorized / certified distributor of the offered brand and that it is authorized offer maintenance service in the Republic of Haiti or the the Dominican Republic. d. Delivery to final destination on the basis of DAP – Haiti (Incoterms 2020). 5. Vendors should note that this document is not an Invitation To Bid (ITB).
