The above means that the contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent". 4. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers for solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to demonstrate that that the services offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves it in the offer, in particular by means of the items in question means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act that the proposed solutions they meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order to an equivalent extent..
