Tender Description:

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of a) full-day nutrition persons detained in Rooms for Detained Persons; b) nutrition of eligible persons civilian employees. 2) Detailed description of the subject of the order for each of the above-mentioned groups of fed people are included in Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3) Place of performance services listed in point 1, depending on the task, are: a) the seat of the District Headquarters Police in Oświęcim: ul. Stanisława Wyspiańskiego 2, 32-600 Oświęcim, b) registered office District Police Headquarters in Sucha Beskidzka: ul. Adama Mickiewicza 42, 34-200 Sucha Beskidzka, c) seat of the District Police Headquarters in Wadowice: ul. Marshal Piłsudskiego 37, 34-100 Wadowice. 4) Mandatory provision of mandatory catering services will be based on applicable departmental regulations, which are established by the Ministry of Interior and Administration daily food standards and strictly defined monetary rates for individual standards and cases of their use. 5) Type of meals prepared within each food standards are specified in Annex No. 1 to the draft agreement (Annex No. 4 to SWZ), and the expected number of food standards during the duration of the contract was specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ (column 4 of the table). Rules for settling cash rates as part of the meals were specified in § 2 of the contract (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ). 6) Service nutrition will be provided depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. Estimated quantities food standards given in Annexes 2 and 7 to the SWZ are forecast values. These values ​​are indicated only for the purpose of selecting the most advantageous offer by the Ordering Party and do not constitute an obligation of the Ordering Party towards the Contractor. At the same time, the Ordering Party guarantees the performance of the contract at a minimum level. 70% of the contract value specified in §10 section 1. 7) The contractor will be obliged to postpone food samples from those produced dishes at your own expense and storing them in accordance with applicable regulations (Regulation Minister of Health of April 17, 2007 on the collection and storage of samples food by closed catering establishments). 8) In case of occurrence food poisoning, the Contractor shall immediately notify the State District Inspector Sanitary in Krakow. Food samples may only be taken by an employee District Sanitary and Epidemiological Station competent in a given area. 9) Supervision and controls the correctness of nutrition and the quality of meals provided State District Sanitary Inspector in Krakow, ul. Makuszyńskiego 9, 31-752 Kraków. 10) All activities that the Contractor will be obliged to perform as part of the implementation nutrition services are included in the draft contract - Annex No. 4 to this ToR.
