In the in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with amendments and subsequent additions, the Contracting Authority sets a single deadline in which he will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers. Deadline of response to the clarifications was established so that the economic operators have an adequate period for analyzing the award documentation and, subsequently, for elaboration of the offers through the prism of the answers provided by the Contracting Authority. The Total Estimated Value of the contract (including similar services) is 45,976,478.24 lei without VAT. The minimum value of the interval from Section II.1.5 represents the value estimate of the present procedure, according to which the offer will be developed and evaluated, and the maximum value of the interval from Section II.1.5 represents the estimated value which contains both the estimated value of the present procedure and the value of the possible ones similar new services according to art. 104 paragraph (8) of Law no. 98/2016..
