Bidders must obtain a one-day visitors permit from the permit office situated at the Airport. A valid South African ID, Smart Card or South African Passport will be required in order to be issued with a one-day visitors permit. Bidders must wear reflective safety vest and safety boots to be allowed access to the airside. There will be no spare reflective vest and boots issued to bidders by ACSA. Bidders arriving after 11h00 at the permit office will not be allowed into the briefing session.
