This Service Includes Supplying, Installation, and Management of All Related Network Hardware on Lease for Connectivity, Last Mile, Bandwidth, Installation, Configuration, Maintenance and Support, Integration with LAN/WAN, Proactive Monitoring and Reporting, Change Management, Migration, with Sla Binding, the Bidder] to Uptime and Service Quality Commitments. the Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Supply, Install, Commission and Maintain the Following Internet Services: - One (1) X 40Mbps Fibre link (Internet Breakout, MPLS, Cloud Services Access); Ratio 1:1 - One (1) X 20Mbps Wireless backup internet link (Active/Passive), Ratio 1:1 - The Internet Links Installed at The Head Office Must Have a Guaranteed Uptime of 99% - Managed MPLS VPN Network, and It Should Be Fully Isolated from Internet Traffic and Does Not Run Both Customer MPLS VPN Traffic and Internet Traffic. - Managed Firewall and Monitoring / Similar Network Security Services, Network Security and Health Monitoring - Internet Line Monitoring and Reporting Capability of All Data Lines (e.g., Line Utilisation Stats) - Transfer and Host Existing Domains and Sub Domains (i.e., DNS, MX, A Records etc.) - Provision of minimum of sixteen (16) public IP Addresses with NAT to LAN IP range - The Bidder Must Be Capable of Provisioning Efficient Quality of Service (QoS) on their Network. - The Internet Service Provider Should Have Fully-Fledged ''Network Management Centre /Network Operating Centre (NMC/NOC)", round the Clock (24x7x365 basis) Manned by Skilled Resources.
