(b) The following legislation shall apply: (i) Public Finance Management Act (PFMA); (ii) Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000; (iii) The Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022; (iv) The CIDB Act 38 of 2000; (v) National Treasury Regulations; (vi) Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations, Act (85 of 1993); (vii) Compensation for Occupational injuries and disease Act (130 of 1993); (viii) B-BBEE Act Number 53 of 2003 (as amended by Act number 46 of 2013); and (ix) Any other applicable legislation. (c) The CDC Procurement Policy shall apply the 80/20 preference point system, as per the Preferential Policy Framework Act 2000: Preferential Procurement Regulation 2022.
