Dans tous les bâtiments du site du Palais des Nations et ses Annexes, on dénombre actuellement 566 portes coupe-feu (liste non exhaustive) de dimensions et de durée de résistance au feu diverses Il en existe de plusieurs types (portes à simple vantail, portes à double vantaux, portes coulissantes de toutes dimensions, portes de composition mixte métal/verre, bois, rideaux anti-feu…) et de toutes marques. Les prestations de maintenance préventive (contrôle technique) seront programmées une fois par an. Les autres prestations de maintenance incluent des demandes de devis pour des réparations éventuelles et/ou dépannage. Ces travaux seront exécutés conformément à la norme de protection incendie suisse éditée par l’Association des Etablissements cantonaux d’Assurance Incendie (AEAI) et comprendront principalement la vérification, l’entretien, le maintien en bon état de fonctionnement et la remise en état éventuelle de toutes ces installations. Le but est d'établir un contrat d’une durée initiale de trois (3) ans avec possibilité d’une prolongation de deux (2) périodes supplémentaires et consécutives d’une (1) année maximum chacune (3+1+1), sous réserve de l'éxécution satisfaisante des prestations effectuées et de la disponibilité des budgets de l'ONUG. Veuillez noter que cette demande d'expression d'intérêt (EOI) ne constitue pas un appel d'offres. Seules les entreprises considérées comme qualifiées par l'ONUG pour fournir ces services seront invitées à l'appel d'offres. In all the buildings on site at the Palais des Nations and its annexes, there are currently 566 fire doors (non-exhaustive list) of various dimensions and duration of fire resistance. There are several types (single-leaf doors, doors double-leaf doors, sliding doors of all sizes, doors of mixed metal/glass composition, wood, fire-resistant curtains, etc.) and of all brands. Preventive maintenance services (technical inspection) will be scheduled once a year. Other maintenance services include requests for quotes for possible repairs and/or troubleshooting. These services will be carried out in accordance with the Swiss fire protection standard published by the Association of Cantonal Fire Insurance Establishments (AEAI) and will mainly include verification, maintenance, maintaining it in good working order and possible restoration of all these facilities. The aim is to establish a contract for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of an extension of two (2) additional and consecutive periods of one (1) year maximum each (3+1+1), subject to satisfactory performance of the services rendered and the availability of UNOG budgets. This request for expression of interest (EOI) is not an invitation to bid.
