A qualified vendor will provide UNCTAD with a database which: 1) provide up to date (two (2) months lag vs current month is acceptable) data on announced greenfield investment by multinational enterprises. 2) the database must further provide access to real-time monitoring of announced investment projects, capital investment and job creation. 3) the data need to be consistent with historical series (starting from year 2003) of announced greenfield projects already reported by UNCTAD to allow a time series perspective. Vendors shall address point (1), (2) and (3) in their response to the Request for Expression of Interest (REOI). EN FRANÇAIS: L'Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG), pour le compte de la Conférence des Nations Unies sur le Commerce et le Développement (CNUCED), souhaite recevoir des manifestations d'intérêt (EOI) pour un appel d'offres (RFQ) qu'il a l’intention de lancer pour la fourniture d'une base de données en ligne complète des investissements greenfield. Un fournisseur qualifié fournira à la CNUCED une base de données qui : 1) fournissent des données actualisées (un décalage de deux (2) mois par rapport au mois en cours est acceptable) sur les investissements greenfield annoncés par des entreprises multinationales. 2) la base de données doit en outre permettre d'accéder au suivi en temps réel des projets d'investissement annoncés, des investissements en capital et des créations d'emplois. 3) les données doivent être cohérentes avec les séries historiques (à partir de 2003) des projets entièrement nouveaux annoncés déjà signalés par la CNUCED pour permettre une perspective de série chronologique.
