UNOG seeks an access to a satellite imagery: 1) which covers the entire globe and 2) is updated on daily base. Vendors shall address point (1) and (2) in their response to the Request for Expression of Interest (REOI). EN FRANÇAIS: L'Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG), pour le compte de le Haut-Commissariat des Nations Unies aux droits de l’homme (HCDH), souhaite recevoir des manifestations d'intérêt (EOI) pour un appel d'offres (RFQ) qu'il a l’intention de lancer pour la fourniture d'un support géospatial et satellitaire. Un fournisseur qualifié fournira au HCDH la capacité de mieux détecter les changements dans les domaines de préoccupation et de corroborer les rapports de violations des droits de l'homme à grande échelle. Le HCDH sera en mesure de visualiser immédiatement les emplacements clés pour comprendre les événements, de découvrir des informations pertinentes, telles que la destruction de villages reculés, qui n'ont lieu que pendant une période déterminée et de faire des analyses et des recommandations éclairées aux équipes de pays des Nations Unies (l'ONU).
