Tenders are invited for Software as a Service solutions available for Software Asset Management (SAM) and Cloud FinOps. IOM is looking to select the most appropriate solution provider for a continuous Software Asset Management (SAM) managed service across the software portfolio for enterprise agreements i.e., Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, FreshWorks, Zoom, TeamViewer. IOM seeks a SAM tool that provides the functionality to address the following critical use cases and capabilities: • Discover software entitlement records: Integrating with supplier portals, sourcing and vendor management systems, and other data sources to obtain software contract, purchase and procurement records while tracking changes to software license policies as workloads evolve. • Discover installed software: Capturing platform configuration information and extracting a list of all installed software on a platform. This is a prerequisite to discovering installed software consumption. • Discover cloud and software consumption (metering): Identifying cloud and software consumption usage information, including last run date, inactive users, and unused features.
