RFP Published by WHO on 06 January 2023 The date appearing above as “Published on” may differ since it corresponds to the publication of additional sets of documents such as Answers to Bidders questions if any. *** 21.03.2023: The closing Date for this RFP has been extended to 17 April 2023 at 17:00 CET. *** Dear Prospective Bidder, Subject: Request for Proposal [2022_068_BOS_Identity_Governance_&_Administration] –The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable Contractor to provide WHO with recommendations and implementation of, one of the latest Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution, to replace the existing out of support solution and potentially other legacy identity services. It will allow integration with the upcoming ERP solution (BMS) based on Workday, Salesforce, One Network, travel, meetings, and events applications, as well as existing WHO cloud solutions. The outcome is to allow modern, better, faster, and more automated solutions to manage the whole WHO identities lifecycle.
