The Consultant's core duties will ncludebut not limited to: > Determining energy consumption in selected public institutions and determining the current level of consumption and potential saving s through an energy aud it, > Coming up with intervention strategies that could be employed to realise the potential savings, > Determining the level of financing needed to roll out the energy efficiency intervention measures, > Reviewing and recommending appropriate institutional arrangements for implementation, > Reviewing and updating the Energy Efficiency Policy taking into consideration the study findings, and > Dissem nation and capacity building in the form of a workshop during which the consultant will trail stakeholders with a key role in noting out the designed program..
