This engagement aims to reduce the negative impacts of armed conflicts on civilian populations and to uphold the dignity and rights of those affected. Geneva Call consists of many diverse nationalities, cultures, languages and opinions. Geneva Call is an inclusive working environment for all its staff. Project Details Geneva Call Ukraine is soliciting qualified service providers for the design and implementation of: An International Humanitarian Law (IHL) e-learning platform. A communications campaign, complemented by assets, to promote the platform and advocate for the significance of IHL among weapon-bearers in Ukraine. Duration: Six months (platform and communications production within the first 4 months). Language: All deliverables must be in Ukrainian. Support: Geneva Call will provide necessary IHL expertise to guide platform development and campaign activities. Start Date: End of September following the procurement process. 3.
