The Mcbp will Provide Two Benefits on a Quarterly Basis over 18 Months: Social and Behavioral Change Communication (Sbcc) Sessions and Cash Transfers. The Main Recipient of These Benefits will be Women Who are Either Pregnant and or have a Child under 2 Years of Age at the Time of Registration in Selected Districts. The Her Af will Include a Rigorous Impact Evaluation (Ie) of the Mcbp. The Proposed Evaluation will Mainly Aim at Creating a Reference Case to Understand the Enabling Mechanisms of Demand-Side Financing Schemes (Cash plus Sbcc Sessions) on Healthcare Access and Use as Well as Health and Nutritional Outcomes and Behaviors of Pregnant and Breastfeeding Women and Young Children; With a Strong Focus on Immunization Coverage of Children under 2. In-Person Beneficiary-Level Baseline and Endline Data will be Collected by an Independent Survey Firm. Qualitative Surveys could Complement Quantitative Data..
