Provision of Café Services to UNAMA, Kabul, Afghanistan

The UN Secretariat in Afghanistan from Asian region had released this tender for The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) is seeking for potential vendors for the Provision of Café services. The Contractor is required to establish, operate, and maintain a café for breakfast/lunch/snacks, coffee/tea fresh juices and cold beverages at the UNAMA premises in UNOCA Compound, Kabul, Afghanistan. The Café services shall be provided in conformance with the standards governing food quality and safety, storage, preparation, hygiene and service, taking into consideration the various ethnic and religious dietary requirements of the UN’s multicultural workforce. The food shall be visually appealing, nutritionally balanced and wholesome, consisting of essential nutrients (protein, carbohydrate, fats, vitamins and minerals). The successful Contractor shall endeavor to accommodate dietary requirements potentially vegetarian and halal but also to the extent possible, diabetics, wheat, gluten, lactose upon request. The Café will be providing Coffee, Tea, Pastries, Fresh Juice, burger, and sandwiches.
