Business Plan for Two Regional Water Utilities in Close Collaboration with Akum and Erru.? ? t3: Upgraded Akum Institutional Manual of Procedures. Technical Assistance to Akum to Successfully Implement the Requirements in its New Role; As Representer of 51 % of the Shares in the Newly Established Rwu.
