A fenti feladatok irányítása, ellenőrzése, dokumentálása érdekében folyamatos, 24 órás biztonsági diszpécser szolgálat működtetése. Ajánlatkérő a közbeszerzési eljárás megindításakor 272 db bázisállomás élőerős felügyeletét végzi. Ajánlatkérő felhívja a figyelmet, hogy a szolgáltatás kiterjesztésre kerülhet a KM időtartama során további bázisállomásokra is.
