At the final stage, a contract will be concluded with the Participant that has taken the first place according to the final ranking results and has successfully passed the Check. If any risks arise as per the results of the Check of the Participant, that has taken the first place according to the final ranking results, the contract will be concluded with the Participant that has taken the next place according to the final ranking results and has successfully passed such a Check..
