Registration of Interest for 22C141 Design and Construction of the Tram Grade Separation Projects - (ROI)
Description: Description
The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) invites suitably experienced and prequalified companies to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) for the Design and Construction of the Tram Grade Separation Projects, Contract No. 22C141.
The contract proposes to incorporate a series of sub-projects including the Marion Road and Cross Road Tram Grade Separations and the South Road Tram Overpass Upgrade, with provision to include the Morphett Road Tram Grade Separation subject to funding approval.
On behalf of the State Government, the Department is responsible for delivering the Project, and has determined that an Alliancing contracting framework is the most appropriate model to deliver this Project.
To select a suitably experienced and qualified Consortium to work with the Department to deliver the Project, the Department will be conducting a four-stage procurement process as follows:
Stage 1 Registration of Interest (ROI) phase;
Stage 2 Expression of Interest (EOI) phase;
Stage 3 Request for Proposal (RFP) / Target Outturn Cost (TOC) phase; and
Stage 4 Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase.
This SA Tenders Notice is for Stage 1 (ROI) only.
Registration of Interest
The Department is conducting an ROI process (stage 1), to register interested parties in the competitive procurement process for the Design and Construction of the Tram Grade Separation Projects. Participation in the ROI process is mandatory for all companies intending to bid for this contract.
The ROI allows approved registered companies to access project information in a timely manner at the start of the EOI phase. It also assists the Department to understand the composition of Alliance Consortium members and provides confirmation of the Registrant’s nominated contact personnel details.
Companies must successfully respond to the ROI attached with this Notice and execute the Deed of Confidentiality to receive further project information.

MANDATORY PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Registrants must meet the minimum Department pre-qualification requirements under the National Roadworks and Bridgework prequalification system as follows:

Bridgeworks level: B4
Financial level: F150+
