The DEPARTMENT FOR INFRASTRUCTURE AND TRANSPORT in Australia from Australia region had released this tender for Expression of Interest for 22C141 Design and Construction of the Tram Grade Separation Projects - (EOI) Description: Description  The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) invites suitably experienced and prequalified organisations to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Design and Construction of the Tram Grade Separation Projects, Contract No. 22C141. The contract proposes to incorporate a series of sub-projects including the Marion Road and Cross Road Tram Grade Separations and the South Road Tram Overpass Upgrade, with provision to include the Morphett Road Tram Grade Separation subject to funding approval. On behalf of the State Government, the Department is responsible for delivering the Project, and has determined that an Alliancing contracting framework is the most appropriate model to deliver this Project. To select a suitably experienced and qualified Consortium to work with the Department to deliver the Project, the Department will be conducting a four-stage procurement process as follows: Stage 1 Registration of Interest (ROI) phase; Stage 2 Expression of Interest (EOI) phase; Stage 3 Request for Proposal (RFP) / Target Outturn Cost (TOC) phase; and Stage 4 Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase. THIS SA TENDERS NOTICE IS FOR STAGE 2 (EOI) ONLY.  Expression of Interest Following the recent closure and assessment of submissions for the ROI phase, the EOI phase has now commenced. Suitably qualified companies or consortia, who have not already completed the ROI phase, are invited to participate in the EOI phase by: completing and executing the ROI document and Deed of Confidentiality; and forwarding both completed documents by email to the contacts nominated in this Notice. Following assessment by the Department, compliant registrants will be issued with the EOI documents via the Aconex Tender Module. Any queries can be directed to the contacts nominated in this Notice.   MANDATORY PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Registrants must meet the minimum Department pre-qualification requirements under the National Roadworks and Bridgework prequalification system, and demonstrate appropriate track records, as follows: Contractor Roadworks level: R5; Bridgeworks level: B4; Financial level: F150+; demonstrable track record in grade separation and light and/or heavy rail construction; and demonstrable track record in traffic management innovation. Designer DIT Professional and Technical Services Prequalification Panel, Contract No. 17C811; demonstrable track record in light and/or heavy rail design; demonstrable track record in urban design and placemaking; and demonstratable track record in bridge structures / grade separations.
