Construction of new Library and Visitor Information Centre as identified on the drawings inclusive of all services connections.
Decanting of existing library into new Library and Visitor Information Centre (to be confirmed with client if assistance is required during this process)
Demolition of existing library as identified on the drawings including services to enable future works. Existing services to be retained where nominated. Protection to all street boundaries required due to location of building in proximity to East Terrace and Drabsch St.
Construction of new public amenities building and associated landscaping.
