How to apply for MZF2 Pre-Qualification: Interested parties must refer to the attached document: Invitation for Pre-Qualification , and must complete the Pre-Qualification Form (Attachment 1), which should be submitted electronically via the Buying for Victoria portal by 5:00 pm AEDT on Tuesday, 13 October 2026. In order to be invited into the Online Data Room (ODR) to access the MZF2 Request For Tender (RFT) documentation, Respondents must first respond to and satisfy the Pre-Qualification Eligibility Criteria through the Pre-Qualification Phase.
