Repair of any defects in the road prior to the application of the reseal Application of a spray seal surface. Site clean-up during and at the conclusion of works. Traffic control. Inspection and reporting. Resident notification (where required). Management of environmental issues in line with EPA requirements (noise, dust, water runoff, erosion). The proposed scope includes: NEW SEAL – 2,400 m2 RESEAL - 45,208 m2 All pricing should be on a m2 basis with an estimated time submitted for both projects. A 12-month defect liability period will apply with a security amount equalling 5% of proposed value of works to be held until the expiration of the defect liability period. Council requires all works completed by 31 March 2024.
