The Authority intends to award a contract for a base period of 30 months for Stages 3, 4 & 5 of the Woodville Gardens NRP, with an option to extend for a period of 12 months for the additional BNP Stage, with a 6-month extension option for any delays in the project. NOTE: The award of the BNP Additional Stage is subject to satisfactory quoting and subsequent satisfactory performance on Neighbourhood Renewal Stages 3, 4 & 5. The Authority has included the BNP Stage into this ITS site due to the close proximity to the Neighbourhood Renewal site.
