Der AG steht daher für das ausgeschriebene Feldemissions-Elektronenmikroskop (FE-REM) – das bedeutet für sämtliche (von der AG) abgerufenen Leistungen der:des künftigen Auftragnehmerin:Auftragnehmers gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung nach Vertragsabschluss innerhalb des Förderzeitraums (bis 31.12.2030) – ein maximales Gesamtbudget von EUR 310.000,00 (exkl.
