Provide copy of memorandum of association. 3. Vendor shall have revenues of at least EUR 325,000 during each of the prior two (2) years and has been operating in a positive position in at least one of the two years. Provide the copy of latest two years certified financial statements highlighting the revenue and profit figures. 4. Vendor must have successfully and continuously been engaged in providing Onsite IT Support services to firms in Vienna, Austria like those required (similar service) in this RFP over the last three (3) years.
