The tender was published by EAST ZANGAZUR ECONOMIC REGION on 26 May 2023 for Tenders are invited for Procurement of Topography and Geodetic Works No Title Disclosure Quantity Quantity Unit of measurement 1 Topography and Geodesy services Description of the work to be done A. Planning of the territory by means of GPS/Totalstation (with high-precision measuring devices) 1) The area to be planned should be visually inspected, the location of the reference closing points (Reper) should be determined and fixed (with concrete) in order to provide the area with geodetic reference points. ). The centers of those points should be determined according to the requirements of class 2 polygonometry. 2) Each of the reference points must be connected to the State Geodetic network. 3) The geometric parameters of the area should be determined by means of accurate measuring instruments and the amount of earthworks performed during vertical planning in the areas where construction is planned to be carried out should be calculated. 4) Daily geodetic control of works performed during construction (by submitting a report every day). B. Planning the territory with a drone 1) Preparing the flight plan: Before the flight, a map of the flight plan should be created for the territory provided by the customer, and all parameters of the flight should be agreed with the customer along with the map. 2) Creating a high-resolution 2d orthophoto of the area. Drone images of the areas provided by the customer should be taken. Photogrammetrically ortho-rectified and digitally combined image mosaics should be submitted in .tiff format and CAD compatible ECW format. Orthophotos should be obtained from a mosaic of a large number of geometrically corrected (ortho-rectified) photos as much as possible, so that the accuracy of the map is high. 3) Topographic map in .dwg format: A digital map should be created from the received orthophoto. All elements on the land (buildings, fences, communication lines, roads, rivers, lakes and other objects) should be clearly described with their characteristic features and materials on the digital map. C. Final deliverables: The drone imagery is required to produce the following critical deliverables for the area: 1) 1:1000 scale topographic map and orthophoto of the area, 2) 1:1000 scale and 5 cm resolution digital elevation model (DEM), 3) Points cloud, 4) Digital map of the area, 5) Coordinates of reference points and measurement report D.
