In such a case, the original documents must be submitted to the Procuring Organization by the last day of submission of competitive offers.

Tender offer, one original and 2 copies, must be submitted to the procuring organization in separate closed and sealed envelopes by 12.09.2023, Baku time: 11:00.
Bid envelopes submitted after the specified date and time will be returned unopened.
Participation fee and obtaining a set of basic conditions:
Those who wish to obtain the set of the main conditions of the competition in Azerbaijani or English languages, after paying the participation fee of 118.00 AZN (including VAT) or the equivalent amount in free currency to the mentioned account, in electronic or printed form from the contact person by the date specified in the 1st column of the announcement they can buy any working day of the week from 09:30 to 17:30.
