The bidder must be Ellucian or an official partner with Ellucian to provide the requested services. Bidders are responsible for ensuring the licenses purchased appropriately fulfill the Bahrain Polytechnics license obligations to Ellucian concerning the Banner suite of products for the contract term.Service,Product Requirements:FTE Tier upgrade,Renewal of Banner license support,Banner Upgrade andknowledge transfer
