Consulting Firm (National)  (Lump-Sump) Title Of Service: Baseline Survey Brief Description of Assignment: The broad scope of consulting services (“Baseline survey”) includes establishment of the benchmark against the log frame indicators of the project particularly focusing on project outputs, outcomes and impact. It also measures the women empowerment index and present context of the target communities. The study will be carried out in 19 sub-project areas of 27 Upazillas of 17 districts of Bangladesh Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: • The firm should be a registered under the Joint Stock Company/Society Act (Bangladeshi Firms) ; • The firm should have at least 3 years of experience in activity, output and outcome monitoring, baseline survey, evaluation, impact assessment and related works of R&D in agricultural projects including experience in the design and development of an online Project Monitoring and Information System (PMIS); • It should have experienced and qualified manpower for conducting baseline survey, monitoring & evaluation, impact assessment and related works of R&D in agricultural projects; • The firm should have office premise, valid trade license and Tax and VAT Registration (Bangladeshi Firms); • Associated firm, if any (maximum one) should have at least 3 years’ experience in baseline survey/monitoring & Evaluation/ impact assessment works of R&D in agricultural projects and must qualify along with principal firm Association with foreign firms is: Not Applicable EOI Closing Date and Time: 09/04/2023 2:00 PM with tender notice no. 12.01.0000.018.07.034.23.419 published on 27 Mar 2023.
