A Hannan Engineering College under Sadar Upazila, Khagrachari District. (Pile Foundation) Eligibility of Tenderer: C. Qualification Criteria ITT Clause 15. Experience Criteria 15.1 Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of construction experience to qualify for the performance of the Works under the Contract: (a) a minimum number of years of general experience in the construction of works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor as specified in the TDS; and (b) specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of a nature, complexity and methods/construction technology similar to the proposed Works in at least a number of contract(s) and of a minimum value over the period, as specified in the TDS. 01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years. 02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least One contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1150.00 lakh. 03. Having Experience in Pile Foundation with RCC Precast Pile in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date). 04. Having Experience in Fire Protection and Instalions works within the last Five (05) years ITT Clause 16. Financial Criteria 16.1 Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of financial capacity to qualify for the performance of the Works under the Contract. (a) the average annual construction turnover as specified in the TDS during the period specified in the TDS; (b) Availability of minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount as specified in the TDS (c) Satisfactory resolution of all claims, arbitrations or other litigation cases and shall not have serious negative impact on the financial capacity of Tenderer. 01. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 650.00 lakh over the last 05 (Five) years. 02. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 157.00 Lakh. (Incase of Bank Statment deposit must remain 02 (Two) consecutive working days (from date of publication to submission date). Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW3-7 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset. ) (d) The Minimum Tender Capacity as specified in the TDS.
