The PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (PWD) in Bangladesh from Asian region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Construction of 3 Storied District Office Cum Training Centre with 4 Storied Foundation at Kushtia District under the Project Enhancement Agricultural Marketing Department (Including, Civil, internal and external water supply & sanitary works, internal & external Electrification Boundary wall, Road work, etc with necessary ancillary works) Fy 2022- 23 Eligibility of Tenderer: a)Tenderer shall have minimum 10(Ten) years of general experience in Civil Construction works . b)Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of Building Construction works including Civil, Sanitary,Electrification works worth not less than Tk.350.00(Three Hundred Fifty) Lac in a single work order in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Org. of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. c)The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk 800.00(Eight Hundred) Lac.d)The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets)/Credit facilities, working capital Tk 150.00(One Hundred Fifty ) Lac only.
