(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor/Subcontractor/Management Contractor in the successful completion of at least 01(one) No minimum 200mm x 400mm dia GI Pipe Deep Tubewell including 38mm dia test and observation well, housing pipe of minimum length 182m, total depth of tubewell 250m along with supply and installation of 60 HP submersible pump motor set and external water supply works of minimum Tk. 2.20 Crore, in single work. Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Org. of Bangladesh during the last 5 years. (c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 4.00 Crore during last 5 (five) years. Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid asset, working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW3-7 in original form) of Tk. 66.00 Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 2.80 Crore. (f) The Tenderer must possess: Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license (g)Tenderer’s having quoted the tender price more than 10(Ten) percent above or below the Official Cost Estimate shall be rejected.
