This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below: a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be05years. b) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01(one) contract of Successfully completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk. 29.00 lac (Civil & Electrical) under University of Dhaka/Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh. For Electrical works consortium may be allowed. For Electrical works must have valid ABC Category Contractor and Supervisory license from Electricity licensing Board Govt. of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh c) The work certificate of successful completion of a similar work shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department with official & self phone number. d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 64.00 Lac within the last Five years. e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.30.00 Lac. f) List of completed, ongoing work with value under the PE’S organization within last 05 years as per past performance matrix g) Up to date enlistment certificate (Civil, Electrical in/c ABC Supervisory certificate). h) The tenderers should submit the following along with the Tender i) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, ii) Vat registration Certificate, and iii) Up-to-date Trade License with tender notice no. 3513(2) published on 06 Apr 2023.
