(f) Institutional Requirement and Environmental Monitoring Program: (i) This chapter of the report will provide information about the monitoring plan of the environmental issues, (ii) Institutional Arrangements, (iii) Environmental Monitoring,(iv)Training in environmental management and monitoring plan. g) Public information and Consultation: (i) This chapter of the report will provide information which include Summarize the consolations with interested parties and the general public including stake holders. h) Cost Benefit Analysis: (i) Alternatives. i) Conclusion: (i) This chapter of the report will provide information about the gains which justify implementation of the project. j) Environmental Management Plan (EMP): (i) This chapter of the report will provide information about the responsibilities and actions required of the project initiator, project management or implementing body should be identified. (ii) Environmental Management, (iii) Sustainable Development, (iv) Plan for air pollutant management, (v) Site operation, (vi) Toilets, (vii) Restricted Access, (viii) First Aid, (ix) Conclusion. K) Recommendation: (i) Annex A Environmental impacts and Mitigation Measures, (ii) Annex B Project Design Pack, (iii) Annex C Resettlement Framework. Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: i) Interested consulting firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. The consulting firms should be experienced and reputed in the similar field. Interested firms should submit the following information with sufficient details including brochures, description of experience in similar assignments, summaries of firm's technical and managerial capabilities, availability of appropriate skills among key staffs with short biographies, availability of resources etc. ii) The financial capability should be shown as Financial Turn Over supported by a registered Audit Firm for the last three years. iii) The REOI's would be reviewed on the basis of the following: •Registration of firm• Availability of key professionals •Availability of resources• Turnover of the consulting firm• Experience of the firm(s) in similar task •Experience of the firm(s) in other works •Interested firm must provide information demonstrating that they are qualified to perform the service in 2 or more of the sectors identified above.• Support services of the firm(s). The consultant must have experienced in preparing report to a standard acceptable to national &International institutions. iv) History of litigation (if any) in courts or any arbitration proceedings. Other Details (if applicable): The firm(s) may form Joint-Venture, Consortium or Association (JVCA) to enhance their qualifications, but should mention whether the Association is in the form of a “Joint-Venture” or “Sub-Consultancy". In the case of joint-venture, all firms/entities shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire consultant's obligations under the contract. But in case of sub-consultancy the lead firm shall sign the contract and shall be liable for the entire consultant’s obligations under the contract. It is preferable to limit the total number of firms including their associates to maximum of four. Special Instructions: The Proposals in two sets (1 original+1duplicate) shall be submitted in sealed envelope.
