Brief Description of Assignment: "The required work/services are subject to but not limited to the following conditions: • Detailed digital survey of proposed regional park development project (Digital & Topographical survey & investigation of existing infrastructures). • Preparation of Master Plan of the project. • Preparation of detailed and complete design drawing of the project. • Detailed layout design of the project. • Detailed landscaping and arboriculture design of the project. • Preparation of detailed design of various structures (Beautification Structure, Sculpture, Resting spaces, Leisure Spot) etc. along with proposed Roads, Pedestrian or Walk Way & drainage drawings of the project. • Landscape and Arboriculture proposals and detailed design. • Preparation of Feasibility Study Report including Detailed Estimate, Bill of Quantity (BOQ) Economic Study Report, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) etc for Preparing DPP. • Preparation of Inception/Design Report." Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: " • Consulting firm with minimum 10 (ten) years experience in consulting services. • Should have minimum 03 (three) park design experience within last 05 (five) years. Among them, 01 (one) park should have a minimum area of ??05 (five) acres. • Presenting legal documents and certificates including Company registration, TIN Certificate, Financial Statement (2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22), Latest Income Tax Certificate, proof of adequate facilities and special skills at the workplace of the organization. • Evidence of equivalent previous work with detailed description. • List of ongoing similar consultancy services. • Ensuring availability of experienced, professional and qualified technical person and staff for related work. • Ensuring the necessary capabilities and facilities to perform the assigned functions. • Institutional capacity, administrative capacity, logistics (office space, equipment inventory, transport etc.) and financial capacity." Other Details (if applicable): "(01) A consulting firm will be finally selected as per Public Procurement Act, 2006 and Public Procurement Rules, 2008. (02) Initial/short listed organizations will be requested to submit detailed technical and financial proposal later. (03) Consulting firms may enter into joint venture (JV) with other firms for capacity building. Joined Venture proposal will be accepted as per PPR 2008. (4) The original expression of interest letter should be sent to the specified address in the envelope titled ""Consultancy Service for Feasibility Study, Detailed Design, and preparation of Development project Proposal-DPP for Rajuk Pubail Regional park with different civic facilities and Childrean play area.""
