Consulting Firm (National) (Time-Based) Brief Description of Assignment: Strengthening Legislative Capacity and Legal Awareness Building Project is looking for qualified Consulting Firm’s Services for Legislative Translation Of Selected Laws under Package No-1(SD-6) and Package No-2(SD-7). Details of the assignment are shown in the ToR (to be supplied by the Project Office) in the website (www.legislativediv.gov.bd). Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: The Project invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consulting firms should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Service. The short listing criteria are: a) Trade license/Registration of the firm/ in case of Department/Faculty of any recognized University, permission from their competent authority; b) life time/duration of the firm/ university (years in relevant business/ consultancy); c) Availability of key professionals; d) Financial resources of the firm (turnover of last five years); e) Experience of the firm in similar tasks/assignment (examples of past experience-similar nature and/or complexity including cost and duration of the assignment); g) Support services of the firm (office space, support staff, equipment). Other Details (if applicable): EOI should be submitted in enclosed envelope with one original and one copy.
