The BANGLADESH BANK in Bangladesh from Asian region had released this tender for Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for Preparation of Master Plan, Design, Drawing, Estimate and Tender Document etc. for Proposed 12(Twelve) Storied Building as per Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) after dismantling existing old building at Bangladesh Bank Sylhet Office Premise, Sylhet Consulting Firm (National)  (Lump-Sump) Brief Description of Assignment: a. Prepare Master Plan showing existing & proposed structures & Topographical survey, Contour/Level Survey for site Development, Sewerage & drainage system etc of the site. b. Carry out of necessary sub-soil investigation and preparation of report. c. Preparation of preliminary and final architectural drawings for the project including plans, 3D perspective views, elevation, Sections and all architectural details as per design criterion outlined. d. Preparation of detailed working drawings, Structural, electrical & mechanical & IT design and drawings. e. Preparation of detailed sanitary and plumbing design and drawings. f. Assist to obtain all necessary sanctions, permissions and approval from Govt. Local Authorities. All Government fees will be borne by the owner. g. Preparation of component wise detailed estimates and tender documents etc. h. Full time supervision during construction works. i. Any other allied works. Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: To prepare a short list the Expression of interest (EOI) shall be evaluated on the basis of the following: 1. The intending Consulting firm shall have adequate knowledge to perform such a job with qualified Architects, Engineers and other technical key personnel on their pay roll. They will have to provide necessary information having qualification to do the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar nature of work, availability of appropriate professional qualification and experience among staff etc). 2. Consulting firms shall have: i) At least 10(ten) years business experience as a Consulting Firm. ii) Successful completion of the similar nature of works (Not less than10-storied building) under a single contract for construction cost not less than Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Crore under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh. iii) Documentary evidences such as up to date Trade license, VAT, Up to date Income Tax certificate, Bank solvency certificate and Experiences certificate(s) with work order shall be submitted. 3. Collaboration with other firms of similar nature are allowed. i. The firm’s registration certificate. ii. Company profile including management personnel, firm’s specially, performance. iii. The latest Annual report. iv. Average Annual Turnover in the last 03(three) years. v. History of litigation in courts or any arbitration proceedings (if any). vi. Audited financial statement for the last 3 (three) years. Other Details (if applicable): The prospective Consultant shall submit all supporting documents as “ORIGINAL” and COPY in separate sealed envelopes marked with the “Preparation of Master Plan, Design, Drawing, Estimate and Tender Document etc. for a highest 12(Twelve) Storied Multipurpose Building as per Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) of Bangladesh Bank, Sylhet.” To the signatory addressed.
