The INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION in Bangladesh from Asian region had released this tender for Expression of Interest are invited for Development of Production Concept for the Animation Film on Struggle of Bangladesh Consulting Firm (National)  (Time-Based) Title Of Service: Development of Production Concept for the Animation Film on Struggle of Bangladesh Brief Description of Assignment: The main objective of this project is developing a 3D animation film based on the struggle to be a prosperous Bangladesh that is capable to depict the struggle, sacrifice, perseverance and determination to the young generation around the world behind the transformation. The immediate objectives of this project are: • Developing a production concept of a 3D animation film targeting young people to disseminate messages, information and positive impression about the struggle of the people and the leaders of Bangladesh. • The concepts will include the Story, Genre, Animation Technique, Visual Style, Character Design, Environment Design, Art Direction, Motion Graphics, Music and Sound Design, Animation Pipeline, Casting, Technical Requirements, Budget, Crew, Rendering and Marketing Strategy. Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: Studio/Company has experience of producing audio visual including animation that submits tender shall be evaluated using, but not limited to, the following criteria which the company must provide documentary proof of compliance (work order, agreement copy, completion report, certificate of experience, web link, soft copy etc.): 1.The studio/company (bidder) must have valid Trade License, TIN and VAT registration No. and Tax payment certificate of the previous year. 2.Interested Bangladeshi studio/company with experience of producing audio visual including animation must have at least 10 years’ experiences of managing big production with at least 3 projects of BDT 1 (one) crore or above in last 5 years. 3.Must have proof of producing animation films or managing animation film projects of at least 100 minutes in last 5 (five) years. 4.The bidder must have previous experience of producing/managing at least, two similar concept development projects of animation films/series (social awareness, biography, TV series etc.), for well-reputed government and non-government organization locally and international level. 5.The minimum amount of liquid assets, credit line(s) of the firm shall be Tk.1 (One) Crore. 6.The organization must have at least one single work order on 2D/3D animation production from government or reputed organization, with minimum value of 1 crore taka. 7.Proves of management and logistics capacity of similar assignments, experience, selection of availability of appropriate professional staffs, resources to carry out the assignment. 8. The proposal must include the key experts (e.g. Director, writer, designer) list of studio/company Directors with at least 10 years of experience of each on audio visual production 9. The studio/firm will be allowed to take maximum two firms as a “joint-venture”. The firm must declare one firm in this association as the “Lead Firm” & another two is JV firm. The original copy of the agreement must be submitted with the proposal. NB. Valid documents must be submitted as proof of claimed each experience. Submission of any fabricated document will be treated as per the law of the land. Other Details (if applicable): 1.
