Financial Resources: Bidder’s financial resources less its financial obligations for its current contract commitments must meet or exceed the total requirement of USD 30 Million.
General Experience: Experience in the role of contractor for at least 10 (ten) years prior to the bid submission date.
Specific Experience: Experience as EPC contractor in at least two (2) Wind Farm projects, one of which shall be outside of Bidder’s home country, each with minimum capacity of 15 MW, within the last 5 (five) years that have been successfully completed. Such power plants shall be in continuous commercial operation for minimum one (1) year prior to bid closing date. The scope shall include Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Wind Turbine Generators and auxiliaries including grid connection on turnkey basis.
