The PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (PWD) in Bangladesh from Asian region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Establishment of 20 bed Isolation unit & 10 bed ICU at Sirajganj and Natore Sadar Hospital under the project "Covid-19 Emergency Response and Pandemic Preparedness". FY:2022-2023. Eligibility of Tenderer: All tenderer of Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Corporate body are eligible having following qualifications/capacities- i) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(five) years of general experience in building construction works. ii) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01(one) number of similar work i.e. building construction costing tk. 700.00 Lac in a single tender during last five years. The work certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been completed. iii) Having a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 5(five) years tk. 2500.00 Lac. Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting tk.400.00 Lac. Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive. v) All other terms and conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid and all supporting papers (attached with the tender) are to be attested by any 1st class gazetted officer. vi) Tender security shall be in the form of a bank draft or pay order issued by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh. vii) Tenderer must have updated ABC/BC category contractory and supervisory license from electric licensing board. viii) In running bill(s), contractor will be paid for individual item at approved estimated or quoted rate whichever is less. ix) The minimum tender capacity shall be tk. 850.00 Lac. x) Tenderer must continue construction of both centre simultaneously. xi)Tenderer must follow all other tender criteria as per ITT, TDS and PCC clauses.
