The PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (PWD) in Bangladesh from Asian region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Establishment of Kushtia Medical College & Hospital (2nd Revised) ( Sub head : Construction of 470 KLD Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) including Civil and other related works (GD21) . FY 2022-2023 Eligibility of Tenderer: a) Reputed Contractors/ Supply, Installation and commissioning firms who have a minimum of five (5) years of general experience in construction works.b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor , or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor in Construction of Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) or equivalent of plant at least 01 (One) Single Contract with a value of at least BDT 340.00 (Three hundred forty) lakh successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years in any Govt./Semi-Govt./ Private/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh. i)In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer. ii)In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Private/Autonomous Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate should be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done ( [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal.]c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the supplier shall be BDT 390.00 (Three hundred ninety) lakh in the form e-PG3.d) The tenderer possess i) Up-to-date income TAX clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, trade license, ABC/BC Category Contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing board, Government of Bangladesh. e) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the tender data sheet (TDS) & PCC of tender documents. f) Special Terms & Conditions for this tender must be followed by the tenderer as described in the respective section of the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) , PCC and in section-7, section - 8, and section - 9 of this tender. g) Minimum 60 out of 100 Score to be obtained to be technically qualified as stated Tender Data Sheet.
