The PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (PWD) in Bangladesh from Asian region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Establishment of 01 no. Modern Fire Station (Fire Station-01, Zone 2A) Under the project of Establishment of Two nos. Modern Fire Stations at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Shilpanagar (S.H- 3-storied Fire Service Building with 4-storied foundation, 6-storied Staff Barrack with 6-storied foundation, 2-storied kitchen with 4-storied foundation, Deep Tube well, Pump House, Internal & External Electrification, Flag Stand, Fuel Store, Boundary Wall, Internal Road & Parade Ground, Master Drain, Site Development, Arboriculture) at Mirsorai, Chattogram. Eligibility of Tenderer: 1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of General experience. And the satisfactory completion of similar works of minimum Tk. 1500.00 (Fifteen hundred) lacs under a single contract within the last 05 (Five) years under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies. i) In the case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Organizations other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. 2) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2500.00 (Twenty-five hundred) Lac over the last five years. 3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 700.00 (Seven hundred) Lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (Form attached with the tender document), without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. 4) The minimum amount of tender capacity shall be Tk. 1600.00 (Sixteen hundred) Lac. 5) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT registration Certificate, Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, and Authorization documents from the manufacturer/distributor. 6) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS & PCC of this tender. 7) PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 (with all Amendment) shall be followed. *** In case of joint venture lift, sub station and generator supply and installation work experience of any partner is allowable.
