(Fy-2021-22) Eligibility of Tenderer: 1. The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05[Five] years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Building successfully completed within the last 5 [Five] years with a value of at least Tk.75.00 Lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.100.00 Lakh over the last 05[five]years should be authenticated by the concerned.
