The firm will be expected to:1. Establish deep insights into the root causes of poor quality and low utilization of public secondary level health care facilities, especially the Upazila Health Complex, for childbirth using human centered design methods. 2. Synthesize the deep insights into user journey maps and service blueprints. 3. Facilitate collaborative ideation sessions with key stakeholders including health system users, providers, communities, local government, and other key decision makers to develop multiple solutions to each of the recommended focus areas.4. Develop prototypes of the prioritized solutions, iterate, and finalize based on testing with the key stakeholder groups.
