Title Of Service: Junior IT Consultant (Hardware)
Brief Description of Assignment: Main Tasks: Provide hardware maintenance support to the program and ensure smooth operation of SOE Module & all ICT equipment.
Reports to Report and work closely with Senior IT consultant
Scope of Work:
? Closely work with Senior IT Consultant;
? Assist in installation, configuration and maintenance of all hardware belonging to SOE
Monitoring Cell and scheme;
? Troubleshooting the windows PC’s, printer, UPS and other IT equipment belonging to
SOE Monitoring Cell;
? Assist in developing and implementing basic IT procedures for operating and
maintenance of IT equipment;
? Ensure proper management of IT equipment assets through proper assignment to users
and asset management. Propose IT equipment maintenance strategy;
? Diagnoses and fix hardware and network problems;
? Troubleshoot issues related to LAN/WAN infrastructure;
? Provide satisfactory day-to-day ICT support to users in the office;
? Provide support to end user to keep running the SOE Module;
? Submit monthly work plan before beginning of each month and work progress after
completion of every month.
Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: ? Graduation in any discipline, preferably in Engineering;
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in hardware and network management.
